If you have a flood or water damage in Lincoln or Omaha Nebraska, your best defense against mold growth and odor is super dry air and air flow. Our drying fans are engineered to dry flooded and water damaged basements, office buildings, crawlspaces, schools, commercial properties, etc. These drying fans are designed to dry water damaged building materials such as wet and flooded carpet, carpet pad, carpet cushion, framing, drywall, plaster, trim carpentry, oak flooring, hardwood flooring, laminate floors and concrete. They’ll even dry the insulation in your walls! If you have wet personal property, rapid air flow can help dry flooded documents, furniture, clothing, beds, chairs, cabinetry and virtually anything that can absorb water.

Need help in determining if your structure is still wet? We have access to the largest inventory of water damage moisture meters, thermal infra-red cameras and water detection instrumentation in Nebraska. If you have wet flooring, insulation, walls or ceilings, we can help you locate it and advise you on how to dry it and minimize the potential for mold growth!

Air flow is the backbone of any drying project. We offer both laminar, centrifugal and axial air movers. Each has their strengths and weaknesses and most water damage restoration projects require both types for maximum structure drying performance. Air flow speeds the structure drying process by disrupting the boundary layers of air; extremely thin layers of stagnant air that inhibit the structure drying process. They have the net effect of insulating the wet materials from the dry air, slowing evaporation. An added benefit of rapid air flow is that it helps to retard mold growth.

So how many air movers will your water damage project require? The short answer is: more than you’d think! The IICRC S500 Standard recommends that one air mover be used for every 10-16 lineal feet of wet wall (Example, a water damaged 10’ x 10’ room would require 3 – 4 air movers for optimum structural drying). Just as important as the number of fans is their capacity to move air. Our professional drying fans easily move 3,000 cubic feet per minute (cfm). Compare that to the average Home Depot or Lowes box fan that moves 150 – 400 cfm. That same 10’ x 10’ room in our example could require as many as 30 box fans to generate the same volume of air flow as 3 of our professional duty fans.

Our commercial job site drying fans are rugged, yet mobile. These drying fans will operate under extreme conditions and move a high volume of high static pressure air. Sufficient airflow can save money in restoration and replacement costs, and costs of downtime and delayed production schedules. That’s real world performance for commercial applications and moisture control.
